Built in the 1950s, La Vigie calls to mind a ship set in the cliff, about to head out to sea. Gazing out from the hotel, the boundaries between inside and out are blurred giving you the wonderful impression of being on the water. Perched above gorgeous creeks and coves, and the fishing village of Cerbère, the exquisite twinkly sea views are the heart and soul of the property.

All of our rooms (double, triple and quadruples for family use) have an en-suite bathroom and toilet, and are equipped with a television and free wifi. First and second-floor rooms have been totally refurbished and benefit from air-conditionning.
On the route d’Espagne leaving Cerbère, we are virtually the last stop before crossing the Spanish border. A short distance from Banyuls, Port-Bou and the Costa Brava, Cerbère is a restful and ultimately refreshing haven away from the crowds, and a secret well kept!
Enjoy breakfast overlooking unspoilt Mediterranean surroundings, and feast your eyes on ever-changing glimpses and panoramas of turquoise and aqua-marine sea, and of the village of Cerbère, throughout the day.
La Vigie is the only hotel of the sort on this part of the Mediterranean coast to boast such an extraordinary position with ever-changing views and easy access to secluded, beautiful beaches.
